Join us for an exhilarating group hike led by our good friend Kellie Levens, an experienced outdoorswoman and member of the Outsiders community. In 2022, Kellie hiked the Appalachian Trail, spending three months immersed in nature and conquering its challenges. With her extensive knowledge of the trail, she is the perfect guide to help us explore the New Jersey section of this iconic terrain.

This is your chance to hike a portion of the Appalachian Trail! We’ll be trekking along a scenic stretch of the AT in New Jersey, making our way to the historic Wawayanda Shelter. This section is known for its rugged beauty and rocky terrain, so it's important to wear sturdy hiking boots or shoes with good grip to navigate the uneven paths safely.

As we hike through New Jersey’s stunning landscape, you’ll have the unique opportunity to learn from Kellie. She’ll share her experiences and insights gained from her time on the trail, enriching your understanding of the environment around us.
